Dr. Shafiqur Rahman

Dr. Shafiqur Rahman is a member of ICOT's Board of management. Dr. Rahman is acting as Vice Principal of
ICOT. Administration of ICOT is working under his dynamic supervision.
Dr. Rahman completed his PhD from Dublin City University (DCU), Dublin, Ireland. He then worked with Gerard
Laboratories, a Pharmaceutical company in Ireland. Before commencing his PhD he was a member of a research
group within the Bangladesh Council of Science and Technology, Dhaka Bangladesh.
Dr. Rahman engaged in tutoring throughout his PhD and was a teaching assistant/demonstrator for several years
to undergraduate students in DCU, Ireland. He worked as a Science and Mathematics Coder in the Programme for
International Student Assessment (PISA). PISA is an international assessment of the Science and Mathematics
skill and knowledge of 15-year-olds in 55 countries.
